We have rebooted our affected edge router and are beginning to see traffic normalize. We will continue to monitor for any further issues.

We are opening an emergency maintenance window to reboot a router servicing a limited number of customers. No downtime is expected due to redundant routers taking over during this reboot. We will update when work is complete.

SEA Datacenter – Power Event

Out of an abundance of caution, we ran our generators 30 minutes past restoration of utility power in order to mitigate any power fluctuations. Generators are powered off and we are back on Seattle City Light utility power.
