Maintenance Window April 2nd and 3rd, and Work Notice For Tonight

As part of our effort to continually improve reliability we will be upgrading our incoming fiber runs to the 3101 Western Avenue facility next week. The extent of this work requires us to provide you with a maintenance window notification. The maintenance will take place next Thursday April 2 from 6p.m to 6 a.m. on Friday April 3. We do not expect this work to impact operations or cause any downtime at the facility for customers utilizing our network as the existing redundant paths will be cutover at different times. We are actively working with the two dark fiber customers that will see a brief impact during the cutover.

Additionally, one of our telecommunications partners will be upgrading incoming fiber runs to the 3101 Western Avenue facility tonight. The upgrade will take place from 6p.m tonight to 2a.m. tomorrow morning. We do not expect this work to impact operations or cause any downtime at the facility for any customers. However, as there is always a risk of the unexpected we felt it is appropriate to notify all of you of the pending work.

Please call us if you have any questions or concerns.
