As Digital Fortress’ chief executive officer, Matt is responsible for setting the company’s vision and strategy. He brings more than 25 years of experience and proven leadership in growing technology companies.
Prior to joining Digital Fortress, Matt was an executive at 2nd Watch, and was pivotal in building the organization into one of Amazon Web Services largest Premier Partners. He also held chief executive roles at IT-Lifeline, a cloud-based disaster recovery company and SprayCool, a data center cooling infrastructure provider. Matt is current serving on as a board member for the Blue Box Group, an OpenStack cloud software and services company and Rohinni, a developer of next generation lighting technology.
Matt holds a degree in electrical engineering from Stony Brook University and an MBA from Hofstra University.

As the executive vice president of marketing and business development, Steve is responsible for developing strategic partnerships and Digital Fortress’ overall brand and market development.
Steve brings deep experience in go-to-market strategy, channel partnerships, and sales leadership specializing in the challenges presented by revolutionary technology and customer adoption. He brings experience with wide-ranging mobile technologies & markets where he delivered important market-share and time-to-revenue success. Steve’s past lives include sales, marketing, and business development roles at T-Mobile, Impinj, NetMotion Wireless, and General Dynamics Itronix.
Steve holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Colorado, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

As the controller, Diane is responsible for accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury, internal audit and tax and provides human resources management for the company.
Diane brings to Digital Fortress close to 25 years of experience in financial, operational and business management. She has spent the last half of her career working specifically in the technology industry for companies providing B-to-B services with such companies as Who’s Calling, Apex Learning and Lighthouse e-Discovery. Diane’s experience also includes controller for Ticketmaster Northwest for over 10 years as well as working for Ticketmaster in Europe and Australia.
Diane holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota.
